Refund policy

Due to registration allowance by Grand County Utah and US Bureau of Land Management for year 2026 events , and catered dinner counts we are not offering refunds  within 60 days of any event or tour.  Refunds prior to 60 days will be paid less our processing fees.  for Grenadier Gathering Event or Tours. We encourage attendees to consider trip insurance prior to booking.  Please check your travel schedules to be certain you will not have any conflicts before paying for your registration. Grenadier Gatherings and Grenadier Expeditions are outdoor events. Weather issues are out of our control and cancellation due to weather is for the safety of our customers and staff.  Voyager Outdoors ltd. Reserves the Right to cancel any registrations without cause at any time.
