Ship and Fly
The ability to Ship and Fly has been asked for since the beginning of the Grenadier Gatherings. Having the option to safely transport your Grenadier from your front door to one of our gatherings and back saves time, money, and mileage. Because we (INEOS Events USA) aren't tied to the actual process of organizing and coordinating the many steps needed to make this come together, we decided to try and help smooth out the process.
We have contacted and worked with a national vehicle shipping company called Montway Auto Transport. They have transportation hubs in every US state and can handle the job of getting your Grenadier shipped from your location to Moab or Tennessee and back. You as the owner will be required to contact Montway Auto Transport directly and make arrangements for payment and any other other shipping needs. Mention you are going to the Grenadier Gathering. We've been told they are setting up a group in their system to streamline the process.

Along with Montway Auto Transport, we have worked with Redtail Air. Redtail is based in Moab, Utah, and offers flights to and from several nearby large airports like Salt Lake City, Phoenix, and Denver. They also have the ability to store your Grenadier at the Moab Regional Airport until you arrive. You will be responsible for contacting Redtail Air to coordinate flights into and out of Moab, Utah. You will be responsible to arrange storage of your Grenadier with Redtail Air in their 11,000 square foot indoor facility. We've been told they are setting up a group in their system to streamline the process.
